The new generation of pulverisers, HCP and HCP-R have been developed for the primary and the secundary demolition.

The HC-Pulverisers can be very effective, and can be used with absolute safety for:

• demolition of constructions, brickwork
• concrete plates, concrete structures
• recycling activities.

Due to the fact that HCP-R is 360°-rotable, it can be ideally positioned at demolition works.  

Thereby, the demolitions are possible in saftey and on a rapid way, in difficult places and positions too.

Technical details of the Pulverizers (HCP, HCP-R)
All our HCP-R models are equiped with:

• Hydraulic rotary drive
• Robust GEROTOR hydraulic motor
• Robust Four-point ball-bearing.

Moreover, the hydraulic motor is protected against overloading by an effective pressure limit valve.

The cycle-times are very short, due to the integrated SPEED-Valve (HCP und HCP-R). Thereby, it is possible to open and close the jaw within five seconds.

Both Pulverizers (HCP and HCP-R) are completely made of wear-resistant, high-strength steel.  

The fix and mobil jaws are equiped with replaceable wear plates. This allows a rapid exchange of wear plates, the wear-welding of the jaws is not necessary.  

Thereby, the operating costs and the maintenance times, can be much reduced.

The joints are oversized and can be well greased, so that a long life of all pins and bushings should be quaranteed.
